X2X2,,, Correction! Rossi does NOT have 50 million shares. At this time it is my understanding that Rossi has 11.5 mil shares. His preferred shares have no baring on OS or Float. That is his control block with super voting power to insure he maintains absolute control of the company. Hope that helps!
