Sorry friend- That's just not the way it works. NO CEO wants its stock to be suspended for any reason! I have no skin in this game, but have been watching it very closely and weighing options for what would have been a fairly large position. Short term this is toast. If there is any viability to the lawsuit, there could be an eventual recovery, but anyone who tells you that this is slam dunk billion dollar+ lawsuit is blowing smoke up your ass. Best of luck to all- I've been on the receiving end of unexpected scorched earth news/development many times over my penny playing career- it sucks, plain and simple. Only thing to do is pick yourself up, dust off the dirt and move on to the next/hopefully profitable play. Peace and happy trading to all.
