I haven't seen a full prospectus but there are some numbers available

https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/trulieve-achieves-significant-growth-in-the-second-quarter-of-2018-1027558179

Yes they currently have 17 stores open and will soon reach the as of now limit of 25. They do have a lawsuit to be able to open more than 25 stores. I would bet they have over 20 stores by the end of the year and their numbers for 2nd quarter alone beat tilrays for the whole year ending june 30!!

They are well capitalized and the largest operation in Florida.

Remember they are still operating under one of the original CBD only licenses issued prior to the passage of high thc medicine being allowed. Since they and others already had the CBD licenses they were immediately allowed to start selling high thc. For this reason I see a vote for recreational in Florida as a HUGE plus for trulieve and other operators there as the statewill most certainly allow them to transition to recreational where new companies will have to go through the onerous Florida application process. Remember the vote for medical marijuana in Florida was almost 2 yrs ago (Nov 8 2016) and even though 10 additioanl license were supposed to be issued by oct 2017 only 6 were and those were to existing applicants from original cbd only applications.

Well usually medical dispensaries get first dibs on rec licenses, so that would be a win.
