No they dont. There is no rule against investing in OTC stocks, some institutes shy away due to volatility but this is a very unique case. Im expecting a huge correction up, settlement could come as early as next week which conservatively would put us at multiple dollars

Btw, this is not a big surprise as the market knew the $1 NASDAQ requirement has not been met. Im very surprised MMs have been able to use it to walk the price down so low
