I believe Visolis can transfer BIOAQ securities based on them purchasing the assets of the Sarnia plant. It has to state this in the sealed documents we are waiting on from The Canadian Sale. BIOAQ

My belief follows this logic.

You were on the list to get the "secret DD," but since it appears you didn't get it... be assured the sealed docs remain sealed to the U.S. court.
