I tried to say this earlier but my post got deleted. I have it on very good authority that the Farm Bill will not be signed this year. There will be a 1 year extension signed. This is why you have not heard from Mitch McConnell lately is because he knows this. His main objective was getting hemp included but the whole bill is pretty much dead until next year. It’s sad but that’s what you get from partisan politics. Feel sorry for the farmers
