I personally do not think that Dan cares too much about Windstream Technologies stock.

Question: now that the stock has been suspended, is he still going to be hiding in the shadows under the guise that legal council is prohibiting him from mentioning the company?

All this time, the company has been in litigation and LG has not been able to monetize their shares, and now that the stock has been suspended, its lights out for that to hapoen.

So what do we own now?

Dan can just file Chap 7 and walk away.

Why wouldnt he just do that at this point? Windstream Technologies would still exist to supply impactPPA and all the loyal shareholders would just be screwed.

Does anyone have an opinion on this?
