Yes, I was being sarcastic about Garret. He has proven to be a gentleman (as well as a businessman). I do wonder whether Solomon has left him out in the rain (diluting the crap out of us for peanuts) or if Garret declined in more deals with Solomon (being so heavily invested already).
wasn't garrett's money - he's an affiliate and the "toxic investor group" turned $4MM into at least $11MM of share sales. sooooo..... garrett got a massive payday, back door treatment for sure. he doesn't have to sell his pathetic clump of worthless shares. the "group" made all the money. now ECAB is taking their turn with the -50% VWAP dump on some $30MM of convertible debt at -50% VWAP as well, so the share count keeps exploding higher.
