What in the H--L is wrong with you people? Read the forms and the headings and the notes. These options have not even vested yet; so how could they exercise them. Also the transaction date is listed as 9/1/18 and that is the day they were awarded the options. If they had exercised their option there would be a price paid in the notes or column.

Thx, glad you read as intended. What would be a very positive sign is if the company higher ups (AB, JH, LE, etc..) bought on the open market now which would be~28% less per share than the exercise price of .398.
