Because folks who play the OTC are investing IN THAT STOCK right now. The news is for that company and as of now there isn't enough clarity on RSHN's involvement with it to bring new blood here.
If the previous posts I've read are correct, and RSHN is involved with that company and others, than I would imagine we should see good things here.
RSHN is going to need to PR exactly how it's involved with these other companies. I hope next PR will outline this stuff more.
The whole sector does not always trade in lock step. I can name a half dozen stocks in this sector, trading in the OTC that are not reflecting any of the positive news in their current PPS.
Plus different share structures play a role.
