Debunked and old, old, old. If I go back long enough, I can find claims the sun circles the earth. Move ahead to GMER's 10q in March 31, 2018.

Try using the correct filings that are current. The one you refer to is a year and a half old. Lets try non BS for an answer:

1)We will work backward from the most RECENT fins to try to figure out CMGO shares. We will use the fins standard of reliable info, not the Pinocchio standard.

2) Recent GMER statement shows CMGO converted 14,605 Pref B into 3,011,000 common shares (pgs 14, 28). Now we need to find out how many Pref B's they had. As of 3/31/18 the fins say there are 106,511 B's outstanding (pg 15).

3) 10k for 2017, show no CMGO conversions.

4) 10k for 2016 shows 100MM B's for CMGO, reduced to 100k after the split. Subtract 14,605 from 100,000= 85,395 B shares and 3,011,000 common shares for CMGO against 33,178,237 outstanding shares (9/4).

This will be good. Please explain how CMGO owns 2,250,000 B shares when the most recent GMER fins state there are only 106,511 B shares? My CMGO number correlates with that number outstanding. Cant wait for the explanation of your total.
