cik number is already established under LFWK. By using the same CIK number it allows for past and future filings all to be reviewed. Name change only is need to the current CIK number and will be done with the filing. It is something like, 'Hi Sulja Brothers here ready to file the most exciting financials the pinks sheet arena has ever seen. Since we have previously filed under the LFWK CIK number we will be doing so in this filing along with all future filing but you can go ahead and simply change the name from Loftwerks to Sulja cause we bought all their shares cause they owed us $10 million.'

Looks like it would be pretty easy to change LFWK info to SLJB info using the same CIK...
