Indoor lighting grown pot is easier to control and grow except for bugs like therps and spidermites and/or diseases, mold and black spot. I can taste the fertilizers and neem oil. A good seed or good clones with strong uncomplicated genetics helps some.
BUT, outside grown pot is usually much better. IMHFO. 40+ years as a closet and backyard grower along with world traveler.
Canada's "Sun" (cold + rainy) 'pales' (pun) in comparison to Jamaica's equatorial "Sun". High elevation growing in places like Colorado and N Calif (Afghanistan?) are renowned for their quality products too... "Rocky Mountain Highs".
