The debt was cleared, read the report, valuable shell with nols, common stock survives

Pretty much sums it up, despite the confusing appearance of the documents.

I found it...company sold all its assets for $4,340,000 USD to a QuebecNewco. All that is left in the bankrupt shell is a ton of debt, NOLs & $150,000 USD. Commons are screwed. Any questions?
