precisely. If they wanted to sell or were diluting or any other reason then they would just go. CDEL doesn't care and would just dumpem but they aren't. IT IS however creating minor sells, which keep getting scoop up at fraction of a penny higher then normal retail shareholder can buy... hmmm? :P. Its all a game right now, kinda of stuck in a little trend after the big move. Expect more news and buying to break us out but until then, the mm games will continue imo.
