Which is a really good sign. Many signs things are changing for the better at the PTAB, but even if somehow they don't do the right thing having the same CFAC Judges is really good. If it does somehow end up back there, then WDDD is Golden. Those 3 Judges will have everything they need to go ahead and move WDDD to the money zone on the way to District Court.
