How do I apply for a MyBankCard™?
There are two easy steps in the application process:

Complete the application
Make your payment. You can pay the annual fee online via credit card or check, or pay in person with cash at any Western Union Location. At the top right-hand corner of the page, click on the green "Sign up for the MyBankCard™" button. Fill out the online form. When you get to "payment method," choose the credit card option. Other payment options include online check, PayPal and Western Union
