New Name(Web To Door), New Ticker/Filings Soon.....Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc. has begun the process of becoming an OTC Pink Fully Reporting company. We have already updated our Board of Directors information on the OTC Markets website. We will continue to utilize our social media platform to provide further operational updates. The company intends to bring its financials current over the next couple months. Supurva Healthcare Group plans to change its name to Web-To-Door with the State of Delaware upon approval and vote of its Board of Directors. This will further synergize the brand and name of the company with its current operations as well as its plans for acquisitional and organic growth.

This "announcement" is now over a month old and, BTW, SPRV has NEVER once indicated that its ticker symbol would be changed! Believe differently, please re-read the quoted announcement, then highlight the part that mentions a "ticker symbol change"!

Funniest thing! The ticker CANNOT be changed, because SPRV is NOT registered with the SEC! Since Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton ran into exactly this same problem at KGET, SPRV is well aware of being precluded from making the ticker change, thus has NEVER addressed it!

1)More misinformation, no new ticker “ soon”, I don’t see anything they’ve sent to FINRA.

2)SPRV doesn’t make “filings”, they’re not an SEC Registrant.

3)They won’t be fully reporting either unless they file a Form 10 or an S-1 with the SEC, along with two years of audited financials. Nothing has been filed.

4)They sure won’t be OTC PINK FULLY REPORTING, that’s about the most ridiculous thing Rod has ever presented. There is NO SUCH OTC TIER.
