I suspect that most, if not all of those costs will go with the Amedica name -> to CTL.

They'll still have trade show costs and marketing costs related to education but I believe this will be factored into the sales price per unit.

Sales and marketing was about $4.5M. So can remove that.
Their new sales would now be about $1.7M. Less COGs, R&D, general and admin. =$11M
How is this going to work?
