There are no shares! ;)...sweet! Thats just it...a settlement can be anounced at anytime...all indications are the CEO would take nothing less than something at least valuing a share at min of 3000. He says treble damages and that would be standard in a case like this. I dont think he would accept anything less than a valuation of 3 or 4 thousand a
share. well berkshire is over 330,000 a share. just a bit ago they were at 290,000. i remember in the 90's I could of bought a share for 26,000.
