Well according to TD Ameritrade and MarketWatch the OS is stated as 147.8M, I just rounded. I would only assume they have the correct number. The $Fire deal makes it seem more legitimate, but with the OS increase, still makes me wonder, but at least there aren't a billion shares. I guess my next thing yo figure out about the shares is how many are authorized. If there are billions authorized, I could only assume this will continue to be diluted.
I will definitely be keeping an eye on this one, because nobody is watching it, it seems like, and getting in before anything big happens could be a great money maker/investment.
The news just needs to keep rolling in for $PRCNF.
