That's the point. I can get that Marijuana is tricky to regulate and legalize.. but as you said both plants even though they are both cannabis, they are easy to distinguish and it shouldn't be so hard to regulate them separately.
FDA and DEA stacked with their old law from prohibition times.. it is time for them to educate themselves about differences and do their job and come up with something that people can benefit from because whole world is moving forward.
If DEA waited whole maximum 90 days to reschedule only Epidiolex off schedule 1 and not come up with something better, that's a bull shit.
