From what I've read here before, if you purchase a publicly-traded company, you are not required
to update shareholders, or have any plans to move the company forward, so long as you don't
make any money either. Like buying a junk car, and parking it under a shade tree in your back yard
until someone comes along and buys it from you.

No change. The motion to dismiss filed back in March remains outstanding, no response to said motion filed, no hearing scheduled. Regardless of whether Ruppert's claims are bogus, the delays in this elementary proceeding by anybody seeking genuine reimbursement of funds lost is wildly a-typical.
