I agree. If FDA wanted to enforce some laws, they would have already done so. Key thing is that CBD manufacturers don't advertise CBD health benefits on the label. CVSI doing great job there.

Technically, they've been selling a schedule 1 substance at nearly 2000 heath food stores, with little resistance. Go figure.

But you have to consider the source of the CBD. CVSI sources it from hemp which is imported from outside the country. CVSI is playing their cards right. Shorts are going to get squeezed.
