I really like the idea of the blockchain as a data structure for finance. Etherium dropped 80% in value in 4 months! It is a crap coin! The Gen token to buy electricity is fine as it is based in Dollars. The MPQ token is not. So say you invest in ImpactPPA eagerly waiting your dividend in ETH(s). And let's say ImpactPPA was doing well and generating revenue and was going up in value. Your dividend, if it were based in dollars would be a percentage of that revenue and you would make money. But being paid in ETH which declined on its own, you lost your dividend even though ImpactPPA was doing well. That is NONSENSE! That is Crapto currency and it has absolutely nothing to do with anything other than "want" on this earth.

I am suggesting that the immediate focus be to "fix" the WSTI problem (a 3 years old problem) now while in its least damaging form so it does not spread to ImpactPPA and kill all the projects that can move both companies.

agree with R... Don't do another thing until filings are done NOW. Pay the debt NOW. Just sell stock and get it done but then run wsti as a stand alone company and forget about Impactppa... Impactpa maybe should be a non profit.

I think wsti has more potential. Booming economy here and we may get a large infrastructure bill... People pay in the u.s. as well.

Impavt is too much about always kicking the can down the road. And it's not fair to string along wsti shareholders.
