yes... the 'trouble on the financial side' is the confusing part of this puzzle.

Ther ARE dollars out there in all sorts of various forms... WHY is it SUCH a struggle to fund these efforts if the science is there and has been 'validated'.

This is my 'business management concern'.

Agree 100% with your commentary its time to start executing to reward loyal and faithful investors rather then misleading or fluff p/r . No idea if term sheet is in play or not at this point.
After reading the Galera link it seemed like there is plenty of available financing/partners for the right product.
If ours is better why all the trouble won the financial side?
To date its been a frustrating journey .
