It is a big difference.

For GC4419 you need to sit in a chair and get an infusion for an hour at a facility that you have to be in anyway for the radiation treatment an hour later. Infusions are pretty easy, but time consuming.

For B-OM you need to swish and spit three times a day and go to the facility for the radiation. I GUESS the swish and spit process isn't monitored. Otherwise the requirement to go to a facility 3xs a day could be just as much of a pita as the infusion.
