When do you think we would get an update from Dan about where he is coming from?

As mentioned earlier today would the legal case limit their ability to file and as a result would justify delinquency? I tried to look it up but couldn’t find anything.

i really agree with you now about that crypto crash having a major effect. i didn't realize it is like a micro economy with players etc...

Could he still sell stock and do the filings...?

Or is the debt too much...?

Is LG sort of trying to push the company into bankruptcy.

One thing I wonder about.... everything you are saying is so on the money.

But with 2 CFO's why didn't they tell him.... raise the money and get the filings done asap...

Regardless whether or not Dan raises the funding through the impactPPA project, what makes you think he's going to utilize that money to bring Windstream Technologies current again?

Why not just keep them private?
