there's no distribution. even if we have a shell company that distributes what??? non-trading "shares" in a private company with no leadership? wow.... thanks!!!! another scam to try and move more shares. there's no reason to "spin off" anything since there's no economic incentive for anyone. the fake company triway gains nothing from the "spinoff" and then siaf-scam shareholders have no different benefit. reality is that there's "nothing" spinning off "nothing" worth precisely.... "nothing"

It would be nice if it could be the same, but it’s a problem as long as you have 500k new shares a week on the ask.

Btw, it seems like the dilution is coming to an end now quite soon.
