Oh my goodness! Yes, we have totally forgotten about the 53k loan that came due on Sept. 15th! Got so caught up in the email about no more convertibles that this particular 53k convertible note was totally forgotten about. THIS has got to be what has been happening since then. Hence, the dilution. IR made it clear in that 8k
but somehow it was all misconstrued in the email that we were all done! They are surely not going to keep regurgitating what has already been released.
