I guess all the funds, including adage capital, that invested in galera are the dumb money. And the penny stock gamblers in ipix are the smart money? Lol! Face it. Here are the two options: 1) Bril is not as good as galera’s drug or 2) Bril is better but no big money wants anything to do with Uncle Leo.
