nlst is not a pinksheet stock. so, the volatility to one can not be equated. secondly, nobody is necessarily expecting news. you are approaching this like an otc stock, which you should not. blogs are pumping, because they are eventually expecting a settlement and the stock is extremely cheap at this price. get a clue.
