Eddie could be stonewalling new owners by not turning over the access codes to allow them to update OTC.

Jonathan Leinwand & Marissa Wellner ousted Eddie from the corporate filings in Wyoming.

Interesting that Eddie's name no longer appears on OTC. However, his phone number, email address and the "Payooze" logo still do.

IMO this is a typical "Fast Eddie" ploy. Clearly the new management can't make changes to TDEY's OTC page otherwise the items above would have been replaced with the info on file in Wyoming.

I say complain to OTC. Tell them this page is clearly in error and is confusing/ misleading to investors.
