too too funny- such a big moment in company history is consigned to an 8-K, so the company emails to shareholders cannot be counted upon to let you know about this significant move!! And when I read here that it's just business as usual, I cannot believe my eyes- I think those statements are made in jest- only the comments pretend to be serious! Prime move Menon out, news buried in an unceremonious 8K. Really it is too pathetic for words.

Oh yes, what else is implied. No deal imminent, and more really bad news will be released in equally ugly sneaky fashion, if that is possible. When will they bother to say there is no new HQ? And that assets are up for auction?
