Yeah... that is my feeling about this whole thing.
I think Dan did not get get enough good help in dealing with these people and maybe he gave up and is sticking it to them...?.
I guess they would be able to sell the patents...?
I think if he had an old time business person who could volunteer to help slice and dice this thing they could do it but I think it needs more than money... It needs someone who is a good business person to help figure it out and come up with a solution to LG etc.
His response to Frank seemed like... well... i don't know.....?
