That's ridiculous. The Company could have filed it on Tuesday. They could have filed it on the day that Ehrlich signed it, Wednesday. They could have mentioned it in the corporate update published on Thursday and filed it simultaneously. Instead they withheld the information until after the close on Friday and THEN they filed it.
