A) the “research facility” was 3000 sq ft of leased office space. Lease expired in May.
B) the only asset there was office equipment
C) it isn’t even part of this Asset Purchase Agreement.

So no...the $4.3 million is not for that “research facility”

It is for the Canadian Assets being sold by BioAmber Sarnia and BioAmber Canada.

I realize that is not good news...but it is reality.

Could be, but isn't, since the agreement states that all property assets, mobile assets, and IP of all 3 BIOA entities were included.
