You are ignoring the preference shares, the Websites calculating don’t know / understand these

For every single share, management own an additional 3.25 shares.

They dilute 1 share into the OS, they also print another 3.25 shares for themselves.

Read the financials , ask on the board , I promise you I am not wrong on this.
