Okay. Was it a signal to a particular seller in the 03ish range to move out of the way and move it up? That's all I can deduce with your information.

I'd love to see the PPS higher simple for lower share counts for private placements. This alone would make FNHI an even more compelling buy and hold strategy. Would keep the O/S under control while sales develop.
