I am with you on this. I can't come up with even half bad reason why the application for BTD would have been filed no later than first week of July. It's not that complicated document to compose.

Do I smell the Nasdaq uplisting saga?

Leo issued 2 PRs telling it was with Nasdaq and then it was dead. He issued those PR after normal uplisting timeline was over (he issued after 4 months when typical uplisting approval comes in less than 60 days)

Even at that time some true longs called Nasdaq, some blamed Nasdaq for their processes but did not think that Leo would have screwed up.

I am 90% sure that BTD may land with same result.
