Mikey, at the end of the lists 3 stocks that had their registrations revoked succeeded in re-registering with the SEC. Several stocks tried, eg., MANW and PELE, each filed all delinquent Financials but the SEC deemed their submitted Fins incomplete and both companies were denied re-registration.

So, 3 stocks out of the 1,669 revoked registrations re-registered, leaving 1,666 still revoked. Since that list updated on June 30th there have been hundreds more Suspensions for severely delinquent SEC Registered stocks, so the December 31st update will show hundreds more registration revocations.

I am wondering if Dan didn't feel this is the only way to get rid of the legal problems or walk away.

Sort of like he has given up....

There was a company recently that had issues with LG and LG sued them and they didn't bother to even show up for court so I wondered if that didn't happen here....

Dan feels maybe they aren't worth dealing with...?

I would think he had to know this was coming on.

But I don't know how these things work.

American investors could not be found with the money to clear things. I have been in contact with some Asian friends to try to find some foreign investors. Now it will be very difficult as they can see the suspension.

How do we get the company back to production now???? How do we grow from this????
