LEGACY... I just talked to ETRADE and i opened an account with them. They walked me through on transferring my account to them from TDA. They said that they cant believe that TDA wanted to charge us for wanting to sell gcan. I am having some difficulty in doing this because of an eight digit account number instead a 9 digit . So etrade is giving me what i need to get everything to transfer. In process in doing that right now. 5 to 10 days before this is done and I can start trading with them. No cost to get my shares unrestricted. They say. Even if it costs it cant be as much as TDA wants.
