Yeah, I've been with R $HN since then and I've been patient because that started with speculation only. But this was supposed to be quicker as a documented shell takeover and Lazar's others moved much quicker. What's the hold up with this one? Trying to patiently wait here.

My guess and this is pure speculation

Lazar sold it to Damu Lin and AIC

Damu Lin is selling it to one of the MJ companies they consult for and that is why there have been no formal announcements.

Again speculation though.

I reached out to AIC a couple of times, all they say is that all information is in the public record.
