It's safe to assume Mr. Liscouski did not attend Harvard University to make $25k/yr at CCTI!
When CCTC explodes, as chairman of the board, he'll be due a small raise.

BTW, Liscouski is CEO of Quantum Computing; QUBT went from 0.32 in July to $6 today... Let's hope he can do the same for CCTC!
