"what incentive or reason does he have to keep you along for the ride?.."
by the way...this is a real question...
kim has removed from shareholders any power they may have had at one time..when he gave himself those 2 shares worth hundreds of millions of votes..he can out vote the shareholders and doesn't even need to worry about maintaining control of more than 50% of the shares..
kim isn't funding the company with shareholder money and hasn't been for over a year..
look at it from kim's point of view..you are a pain in his butt and he doesn't need you and has all the power...and judging from that scathing shareholder letter he sent out last year making sure shareholders understood you were in his way and being detrimental to him, he isn't too happy with you...
when it comes to Vietnam, the way he has no problems keeping you completely uninformed about what he is doing, how he is doing it, who all is really involved and where the money is coming from, he doesn't seem to "care" about shareholders..
can someone point out where any of this is wrong?..imo, kim has the motive and ability to screw shareholders...can someone tell me why he wouldn't?..
I mean other than you think he is a nice guy?
ps...he has never cared about the pps even though he knows it would greatly help his shareholders...he has said so himself and others have (for some unknown reason) proudly pointed to the fact that kim doesn't care about the pps..
