Great initiative, it’s ridiculous that it has come down to this. Solomon must be the worst CEO in the world, they never achieve anything, it’s apparently even hard to stick to the plan to give out a portion of their own shares to the shareholders.
"Dividend policy" is not binding. And even if it was these guys surely can delay it. You have nothing there. TRW is another company that makes it's own decisions. You have nothing there.
Good, I have also warned them. Solomon might escape internationally but nordic citizens are easier to bring to justice. I dont think they can hide behind excuses like they dont have A-shares= no voting power.
