Hey you could be right Chaddy, but my guesstimate solely comes from past experience with other Restaurants here in Canada...so let's say it's only $50K per month...that still equates to $600K per year right...and hell most restaurants I know sell $50K per month in alcohol only right cheers!!!

Maybe, but remember even though Recipe Food is a new company. The owner has been in business for over 16 years under another company name. So I'm sure that there are already established clients that she will be bringing to the new venture. Just my 2 cents.
