Correct my thoughts as well...Today we broke 30$ with the judgement expected...Now if people are willing to place that 30$ bet the day before the judgment day...then why would they still not be willing to do that now? And yes if there were to be a settlement being tossed around knowing they have 2 weeks...an agreement could be announced over night literally. And this play is now on alot more radars then it was previously..I was actually it didn't start moving sooner than 2 days out from the date...I am thankful though as I was able to load at 2$. My point if people were willing to pay 30$ today..why not tomorrow because nothing has changed...accept the time line and the fact that there will be way more people trying to get involved this next time around...and this is beyond IHUB..anyone doing DD out there can see the possibilities...for anyone thinking that a settlement is likely..then I would believe those people would be willing to pay even more as I'm sure the minimum they would think to be somewhere in the 30 mill range...putting this @100$ per share.

will be interesting to see what shakes out..just glad I didn't sell a single share today on the collapse..because either tomorrow or in 2 weeks this thing will be pushing 50$ pre judgment date.

I agree. Had the judge ruled today around 2 or after close I’d have exited before close to protect myself from potential sell off on news.

This delay to me means that there will now be 15 days where a settlement could be reached to end this and the way I see it to end this for ADT/TYKO a 25% of a potential $1 billion ($250 million) is a small price to pay to close this issue up outside of court trial.

Trials cost money, time, negative publicity, and so on.

My gut tells me that one of these next 15 days we wake up to a PR stating “we have reached a settlement agreement for a lump sum of $XXX,XXX,XXX..........)

Then I use my gains for the medical Payments
