You're forgetting one thing...it's election time! At this point, it's VOTES that matter and rural America is suffering. It would be political suicide to get in the way of passing the Hemp Bill. Our farmers are looking for another crop to grow.
Will the DEA be involved if a farmer plants Hemp? So what, big deal. We are already used to dealing with the FDA, EPA, etc.
