Atomic water.. Single molecule .. Made by hydrogen gas infused into reaction chamber with oxide .. Now in gallium. Need single HOH molecule to provide resonant transfer of energy for hydrino reaction of hydrogen to H 1/4.

NNVC sure is quiet. Hope they will have news soon about final candidate starting tox for IND.
